Holiday trading

Everyone needs a break sometimes so
we have a standard 25 days plus bank holidays. However, you also have the opportunity to increase an additional 5 days through our holiday trading policy.

Cycle to work scheme

As our main business is in the energy sector, why not use your own power and cycle to work. As part of the scheme you can purchase a bike and equipment saving costs on the bike and paid back over 12 months via payroll deductions.

Time off with a new baby is a precious thing if you are a mum or dad so we have taken the financial burden away in the first few months with enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Volunteer days

Charity begins at home, and everyone likes to give back so if you are passionate about a certain charity and want to lend a helping hand from raising money or painting a wall you can take a day to help (fully paid!).
